Dedicated Maintenance Program:

From scheduled routine maintenance, such as oil changes or PM's, all the way through 24 hour Nationwide Breakdown Assistance .

We handle 90% of your maintenance needs, in house. For all repairs that must be sent out to other vendors, our team will coordinate and over see the process. Which means we will help select the appropriate vendor, and negotiate the best rates possible... keeping guess work and inexperience out of the equation.

PM's & Scheduled Maintenance.

Our various PM program levels ( A-B-C ) are designed to pin point problems from normal "wear-n-tear", to those which may be "driver-related" before they become major and costly repairs. Managers rest assured their vehicles are being maintained with the highest level of care and quality available, while utilizing the conveniences and benefits our over-all service provides.

If your company already has a PM program or standard set in place, Great! This is were flexibility comes into play... we can adopt your standard while providing services to your fleet, utilizing your guidelines and even paperwork if requested.

Vehicle Deficiencies, Safety Related Defects, and Driver Complaints.

Michigan Fleet Master can dedicate a shop operation usually within 2 miles (most cases) from your base terminal or branch. These types of operations are strictly dedicated, and is like having your own maintenance shop open, and operated as needed.

Are your vehicles running around a little too dirty? We also have a dedicated subsidiary fleet wash division. Top notch state of the art fleet washing at your disposal. Nothing portrays professionalism like well maintained, and clean vehicles and equipment.

Michigan Fleet Master also has steady "in-house" service audit programs, to insure our technicians are always providing the very best in quality.
